Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are verified. Material changes to a brief after publication are noted at the top of the article with a timestamp.
Conflicts of interest
Staff and contributors disclose financial interests, board memberships, and personal relationships relevant to their coverage. Editors recuse themselves when a conflict exists.
