TVS Motor Company, part of the TVS Venu group and a manufacturer of two- and three-wheelers, has appointed Peyman Kargar as Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2027. Kargar will succeed K. N. Radhakrishnan, who will remain CEO until the same date to ensure a smooth leadership transition. After stepping down as CEO, Radhakrishnan will serve as a non-executive director until the Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 2027.
This arrangement supports continuity during the leadership change and allows an orderly handover of responsibilities. The succession aims to maintain operational stability while preparing the company for its next growth phase. As CEO, Kargar will focus on expanding TVS Motor Company's business in India and abroad. Emphasizing product innovation, premiumisation, and entry into developed markets, TVS seeks to strengthen its presence and pursue growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.
