The Delhi High Court has ordered the restoration of the Cockroach Janta Party’s official X handle after it was suspended. The court ruled that the government’s justification, which cited concerns about unrest and confusion during the National-Eligibility-cum Entrance Test (NEET), was no longer applicable.

The Centre had expressed concerns that the presence of the CJP on X could contribute to misinformation or disturbances linked to the NEET examination period. However, the court found these concerns to be outdated and insufficient to justify suspension.
