Prem Khandle from Palghar, Maharashtra, won the overall championship of the FIM Moto Mini India Series 2026, held in Bengaluru from September 25 to 27. Chennai’s Rian Sarath was the runner-up, and Rithin Sai A from Coimbatore took third place. The series comprised three rounds and 10 races, showcasing some of India’s most promising young motorcycle racers aged 10 to 14.
It offers a structured platform for these riders to develop their skills through regular competition and race experience. The FIM Moto Mini India Series aims to create a pathway for young riders to advance to international motorcycle racing. By combining structured competition with early experience, it prepares emerging talent for higher levels of the sport.
Khandle’s victory is a significant milestone in his racing career. Sarath’s second-place finish earns him the opportunity to compete internationally. Both Khandle and Sarath will represent India at the FIM Moto Mini World Series in Valencia, Spain, from November 22 to 26, ahead of the final MotoGP round.
The championship serves not only to award an overall title but also to nurture India’s next generation of motorcycle racers, offering top young riders a chance to progress to international competition.
