Two Assam Police personnel were killed and two others injured after a fellow officer allegedly opened fire with an AK-47 rifle in Boko, Kamrup district, on the night of September 2.
- The Incident: Police personnel Chiranjeev Choudhury allegedly opened fire on his colleagues using his service rifle at Gamerimura Police Outpost.
- The Victims: The deceased were identified as Fazrul Ali, officer-in-charge of the outpost, and Indrajit Bora.
