Saudi Arabia's low-cost carrier flyadeal, part of the Saudia Group, plans to expand its India network significantly to tap into growing air travel and tourism between India and Saudi Arabia. The airline aims to strengthen its footprint in the Indian market by adding routes to key cities including Lucknow, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Calicut, expanding beyond its existing destinations.
Flyadeal has already broadened its operations in India. In July 2026, it launched a five-times-a-week service between Hyderabad and Saudi Arabia, followed by a new Riyadh–Mumbai service introduced on October 3, 2026.
The proposed expansion into major aviation hubs targets high-density passenger corridors, aiming to improve network coverage and boost passenger volumes. By connecting additional Indian destinations to Saudi Arabia, flyadeal seeks to cater to rising business, religious, and leisure travel demands while offering competitive low-cost fares.
