Amieyra Khoslla, India's teenage climber delivered a historic performance at the IFSC World Youth Climbing Championship 2026 in Arco, finishing sixth in the speed climbing event with a record time of 7.60 seconds and setting a new Indian National Youth Record.
The young climber bettered her personal best twice at the championship, recording 7.74 seconds climb in the qualification round, followed by an outstanding 7.60-second run in the finals.
Taking on the world's top young speed climbers, Amieyra produced a historic performance that ranks among India's best at the World Youth Championship and underscores the country's rising profile in international sport climbing.
