India finished the T20I series against Zimbabwe in style, defeating the hosts by 35 runs in the third and final match at Harare Sports Club.
Batting first, India posted 192/5, thanks to a brilliant 81 off 49 balls from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, an innings that included seven fours and six sixes. Zimbabwe fought back through Ryan Burl's 54 off 43 balls, but were restricted to 157/7 in 20 overs.
With the ball, Mayank Yadav led India's attack with figures of 3/29, while the other bowlers kept Zimbabwe under pressure throughout the chase. Sooryavanshi was named both Player of the Match and Player of the Series after an outstanding debut series, playing a key role in India's unbeaten run. The 3-0 sweep also helped India reclaim the No. 1 spot in the ICC Men's T20I rankings.
