The strikes caused major disruptions to civil infrastructure, leaving nearly 100,000 customers without electricity in the northern Chernihiv region after a local power facility was hit. In Poltava, Regional Governor Vitalii Diakivnych confirmed damage to an industrial enterprise and a critical infrastructure facility. The attack aligns with an intensified pattern of long-range strikes by Moscow targeting industrial, logistical, and energy infrastructure across Ukraine.
