July 19, 2026: Hundreds of students gathered at Freedom Park in Bengaluru to support climate and education activist Sonam Wangchuk, who is on a hunger strike demanding accountability for the recent NEET exam paper leak.

The protesters are also calling for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding the ministry responsible for the breach.
