Acting on confidential intelligence from Varanasi, officers searched locked coupe number seven in coach H-1 and discovered the illicit alcohol concealed inside two suitcases. Both individuals were found travelling without valid tickets and were subsequently handed over to the Government Railway Police (GRP).

While Jha claimed the stock was purchased in Haryana for an upcoming wedding, investigators are probing her mobile records to verify whether she was operating as part of an illegal distribution network, specifically examining allegations that she posed as a medical representative to supply liquor to buyers in Darbhanga.
