The ceremonial handover of the Commonwealth Games flag took center stage as it was presented to Olympic and World champion Neeraj Chopra, Indian Olympic Association President P. T. Usha, and Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi. Accompanied by a soulful performance from Scottish singer Shereen Cutkelvin, the moment symbolically transferred the Games from Glasgow to Ahmedabad.
