A bomb explosion at a mosque in Kohat district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, killed at least 16 people and left more than 50 injured.The blast occurred during prayers, causing severe damage to the building and sparking a major emergency response. Rescue personnel rushed victims to nearby medical facilities, while security forces cordoned off the area to secure the scene and begin gathering evidence.

Local authorities and law enforcement officials are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack and attempting to identify those responsible.
