Police have registered an FIR following a court order after a massive fake recruitment racket defrauded over 4,000 job aspirants of nearly ₹6 crore in Ballia district.
Operating out of a rented office in Tikhampur village under front organizations like Laghu Udyog Vikas Parishad and Ujjwala Shiksha Mission, the fraudsters lured candidates with fake government jobs, collecting up to ₹40,000 as "security deposits" for roles offering ₹15,000 monthly salaries.
Following a complaint by victim Rajesh Kumar Kannaujia, Bansdih Road police booked main accused Ved Prakash Tiwari, Akshaibar Tiwari, and Chandra Prakash Tiwari alongside several unidentified accomplices. A full-scale investigation is currently underway to track down and apprehend the suspects.
