  1. Golden Debut: Shillong-born athlete Aiusha Richelle Iongren captured Gold in the Amateur Sports Model category at the Natural Universe (INBA Singapore) competition.
  2. Double Podium Finish: She secured an impressive Bronze medal in the high-stakes Pro Show Bikini Diva division during the same event.
  3. Multi-Disciplined Powerhouse: Beyond bodybuilding, Iongren is a HYROX PRO competitor and a national-level Strongwoman best known for pulling an 11-tonne truck.
  4. Coaching & Heritage: Currently based in Bengaluru as a strength and conditioning coach, she takes immense pride in representing her Khasi and Meghalayan roots on the global stage.
  5. Next Target: Building on her Singapore triumph, Iongren is already preparing for her next major international milestone: competing at the Natural Olympia.
