Raipur’s 19-year-old Ritesh Pal was crowned the winner of India’s Best Dancer Season 5 on September 27, 2026, after a competitive 17-week journey. He lifted the trophy alongside his choreographer Pratik Utekar, impressing judges and viewers with his versatility and performances.

In the grand finale, Ritesh competed against Dipali Borkar, Prathamesh Mane, Anshika Dhara and Geetanjali Marwaha. Judges Karisma Kapoor, Jaaved Jaaferi, Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis announced him as the winner after the final performances.

Along with the coveted trophy, Ritesh received a ₹15 lakh cash prize, marking a major milestone in his dance career. His journey with Pratik also saw him win the Battle trophy three times, while his victory brought recognition to his hometown of Raipur.
